• Total Number of Home Sales for March 2020 were 2225, down 8.4% from 2019 which were 2430.

• Total Number of New Properties for Sale for March 2020 were 3190, down 18.3% from 2019 which were 3904.

• Total Number of Transaction Fell Through for March 2020 were 562, up 48.7 % from 2019 which were 378.

• Total Number of Cancelled Properties for March 2020 were 624, up 39.6% from 2019 which were 447.

• Total Number of Withdrawn Properties for March 2020 were 568, up 101% from 2019 which were 283.
